- Rating 2.0ME has outpriced itself for me. It jas convenient location and my masseuse is fabulous. The cost is too high, and my health insurance doesn't honor ME.
- Rating 2.5The tipping process. I understand the desire to pay out providers as soon as possible however, with the new tippy product, it is at the expense and burden of the customer. Not only do we have to physically use a card, there is a fee associated with the tip. Such a poor customer experience. This in addition to the added drive I now make to use your company, which was a cost to me in time and gas, and the rate increase that took place it has me considering the my ongoing relationship with the company.
