- Rating 4.5Great massage therapist. Nice staff, it feels good to be recognized and called by name when I entered the store. Someone actually thought of me and called me when this therapist had an opening. I greatly appreciate that!
- Rating 2.0I think the price is too high for what I received. I had to cancel last time because my car battery wouldn't start and so it took off some of my gift card balance. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process and having providers changed less than 24 hours after I booked it to someone with little experience. The provider wasn't as good as Amy who I have had in the past. It felt like she was trying to wash soap into my eyes and eyelids. She didn't clean the blemishes I had. I don't feel confident that she knows about my current skin conditions. Her arm and shoulder massage technique were weak. I couldn't feel any of the steam. I just didn't feel comfortable and felt tense during the facial. She didn't seem confident in what she was doing. Front desk associate was nice but seemed to be very new.
- Rating 5.0It's like a party whenever I go there ... they greet all the clients with big smiles and warmth ... and then the services are always top notch. I feel better just walking in the door ... and MUCH better after a session with my specialist.
- Rating 4.0Had an enhancement that was not applied during the service. Response was, sorry that it was not communicated; try again next time.
- Rating 5.0To being with the front desk is super welcoming and ensures I am checked in for my massage. They are all so very good. I will call out McKenzie this time as she is so helpful and encouraging. Maksim is the best Deep Tissue Massage Therapist I know

- Rating 5.0Hannah goes above and beyond with my monthly dermaplanes! As her first ever dermaplane :') I can really tell how much effort she's continued to put in to perfecting the service. She even told me she's been watching YouTube videos on dermaplaning to pick up new tricks. She's also so awesome and helps me build plan for my skin. I LOVE YOU HANNAH BANANA.
