- Rating 1.0I set up my first appointment for this place for 545 pm. As I’m walking out of work at 4:15 I get a call saying that there was a cancellation and can I come early. I said that I was about 15 minutes away. However, with traffic and commuting from work instead of from home, I was delayed and call them to let them know. They said that my appointment time was for 445 and that any time I was late would be shaved off from my appointment time, plus since I’m a new customer, I need to fill out some paperwork prior to my massage, which would further cut into my time. I told them that I expected my full massage time and that I wanted my original appointment time back. I was doing them a favor by trying to fill in a vacant spot. The lady said that my old appointment time was filled. I said I wanted to cancel and she said that they would charge me for the appointment. I said “why would you do this to me?” She put me on hold, then told me that the therapist was willing to change my appointment time to 6 PM. Massage was great. I will never come back here again.
- Rating 5.0The deep tissue massage I received was exactly what I needed. I was having hip pain at the time and it was instantly better after getting off the table. I would recommend Natalie to anyone who is looking for an excellent deep tissue massage.

- Rating 4.0What keeps me from giving a perfect score, is that the larger bolster that I require isn't always available & also the chest pad for larger breasted women is also not always available. These are not luxury items and there should be one for every massage room. Comfort during the session is absolutely key!
- Rating 5.0Process and options are easy to navigate and staff very helpful in explaining it all. Service provided by Jessie is excellent. She implements a great balance of therapeutic and relaxation techniques based on feedback throughout. It has helped my shoulder problems immensely provided a tranquil bit of recuperation.
