Natalie has been my therapist my last two massages and she does exceptional work and is gifted with targeting and relieving pain. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment with her!

I'm a dental hygienist and was experiencing a lot of neck pain and was hoping to get some relief, I was lucky enough to get Natalie and I was BLOWN AWAY at how knowledgeable and amazing she was. Easily one of the best, most targeted massages for my pain. I will definitely be back to see her.
- Rating 4.0I've enjoyed the services. The pricing is very high. I appreciate the addition of a panic button in the rooms. HOWEVER, EVERY associate should be telling the customers/clients that the buttons exist for BOTH their safety and for the safety of the associate. Not being clear about this keeps customers/clients at risk if a problem were to develop. I only know about the button because I actually read the updated policy before I signed it. Also, you should have printed policies available for customers/clients. I know not everyone asks, so you don't have to have hundreds of copies, but stop impeding on a customers ability to actually review their rights/contracts they are signing. When I asked for a printed copy, I was unable to review it before my service because the desk associates had to find it and print it, which took a long time. I agree to use of my review only if my written comments are included.
