I came in because I had a blemish that doesn’t seem to be healing well and she recommended a high frequency treatment which I feel worked, I haven’t washed my face yet but I will this evening and will soon find out if my face still feels good but for now I am very pleased. I’d like to sign up for membership again, I was paying $80 but now it’s $95, not sure about joining again for that price.

- Rating 1.0Because my daughter was sick sick I was unable to make my appointment but was charged the full hour and a half anyway. I’ve been a customer for years and it used to be a $50 charge although I’ve never canceled until yesterday. I rescheduled for another time in less than a week, but I’m pretty put out that I was charged the 90 minutes and not the $50 it used to be. If I possibly could’ve come, I would I even offered another time that day and agreed I’d be happy to pay the $90 for a one hour treatment, but was unable to be accommodated, I understand you’re busy. Seems ridiculous for such a loyal customer.

- Rating 1.5I joined Massage Envy at Pearl City, Hawaii a couple of years ago. I moved to Washington over a year ago. Tacoma Massage Envy now charges $23 more than the Massage Envy in Pearl City for a 90 minute massage. So the increasing cost is just too much for me to truly enjoy my massage. That and the programs and point systems you utilize are more costly to the customers. I had six of your point four months ago. At a point and a half per 90 minute massage, I thought I'd be fine for these four months. Turns out that Massage Envy thinks I have only one point remaining even though I have only used 90 minute massages the past four massages. So the point system has not worked for me. That and your system of using Massage Envy credit is not good either. Massage Envy said that they mailed me a card for use of $150 worth of massages. I never received the card and therefore, have not used it. Massage Envy said that unless I can produce the card, the $150 is gone for me even though they see the $150 credit online. That is even more frustrating as Massage Envy will not allow me a massage even though they see the credit for me.
