- Rating 4.5copied from my google review: I’ve been to this location several times over the past year, and everyone has been friendly, professional, and polite - my reason for writing this review though is to specifically acknowledge Xaisongkhame who did an exceptional job. He was thorough in asking questions about my needs at the beginning of the session, and provided curated and sport-specific care that really helped to alleviate some of the aches and pains I’d accumulated from weight training. He was also communicative throughout the appointment, but not excessively - it was clear that Xai is not only very knowledgeable, but acutely interested in ensuring that I had the best possible experience. In addition to his technical expertise, his friendliness and warmth demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. I will definitely be back!
- Rating 1.0ERIKA WAS VERY BLUNT WITH HER RESPONSES. I HAVE BRUISES ON MY BACK FROM WHERE SHE SPENT MOST OF THE TIME MESSAGING. IF THIS WASN'T A BIRTHDAY GIFT I WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND. I FOUND HER TO BE COLD/RUDE. THE FRONT OFFICE WAS VERY PLEASANT.
- Rating 4.5I had a great time with the lady that did my stretching for my muscle and my deep tissue messages.
- Rating 5.0Kristen is the absolute best at her profession. I have relocated an hour away from the location that she works and will always make the drive just to see her.
- Rating 5.0Everyone in staff is lovely and easy to work with. My massage therapist does an amazing job of making sure she’s getting into my muscles, especially the ones near my joints which are effected by my disease.
- Rating 5.0Everyone made the experience wonderful and they picked a great fit for a message therapist Val.
- Rating 5.0Very good message therapist. Very skilled in working your problem areas. So much relief from sore muscles. Very kind staff. Very relaxing environment. Very clean. Relaxing music.
