  I was called to reschedule because my original service provider was no longer available for that day and time. There was either a miscommunication or confusion on the rescheduled appointment, which caused me to forfeit a membership credit. I thought it was on Thursday and they said it was on Tuesday. I checked me records and I didn’t even receive anything about the rescheduled appointment to even confirm so that I knew which side the confusion was on. They gave me no grace so I’m just out of a credit.

  Both my husband and I have been loyal clients, paying for monthly memberships, for about 10 years. More often than not when we found a therapist we like - they didn’t stay with the company for long. Anytime we wanted to transfer unused credits to a loved one as a gift… it took an act of congress and added more stress to the gift recipient than the massage was worth. We took all that in stride…until the most recent experience. After our family experiencing a huge financial blow this year in 2024 and needing to move from our current home, we had to cancel our memberships. My husband cancelled his first and still had more than a few unused credits (already paid for btw), and scheduled a massage. Unfortunately, he was unable to make his appointment, so called the Fort Worth Hulen location and asked if I, his wife, could take the appointment and use his credits. After the massage I was told that I owe $188, which we DID NOT HAVE, and would have just cancelled the appointment and lost the credits if we had known that the credits were not transferable. After arguing with the ME front desk employee, without resolution, I left a cash tip for the masseuse and left. Immediately got a notification that my husbands debit card that had previously been on file before he cancelled his membership had been charged $188, which overdrew our banking account days before Christmas.

  I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for a week… it’s been very difficult to cancel my membership which is frustrating.

  The staff at the entry is most times rude and unhelpful. The last two times, I have been met with paperwork to complete. I DON'T LIKE BEING THERE FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AND THEN TOLD TO SIGN SOMETHING THAT HAS NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY PRESENTED TO ME. They have my email address and surely it would be helpful for both clients and staff to have it presented ahead of time. When I question anything, I am given dirty looks and told "this is the way it is and if you don't sign, you can't be seen by a therapist.
