- Rating 2.0I haven’t had much success finding a massage therapist that is really good; like previous therapists I’ve had at other companies. Since starting my membership last year, I’ve had a few instances where the therapist cancels the day prior, therapist with no “bedside manner or friendly personality” and a couple of instances when the rooms are entirely too cold because the therapist refuse to turn off their fans (even though there’s a/c on). It’s just not the experience that I’ve had at Massage Envy with my previous membership and definitely not up to the standards I’ve had at other companies.

- Rating 5.0Mindy has been my message therapist, and she does a great job. This time I had not only a massage but a stretching session first. The stretching therapy was done very professionally and was very helpful. This may be something I do from time-to-time.
- Rating 3.0I was not happy with this experience. I told her I wanted more pressure on my back & shoulders but she did not adjust.

- Rating 4.0Everyone was extremely nice, and the massage was great. I just can't justify the pricing and was a bit annoyed with them trying to sell me on a membership to lower the price. Nothing turns me off to a company more than trying to sell/upsell every client. It felt like the employees had a quota to meet on up sales. This, from someone whose previously worked retail, was my least favorite part at working ***** and have prevented me from shopping at them since.
