- Rating 5.0Kelle was amazing doing my facial! She is very knowledgeable about skin and her recommendations were exactly what I needed! My face cleared up the next day! I was not tired at all when I was there but her treatment was so relaxing that I fell asleep!
- Rating 4.5The esthetitican was excellent, but the front desk doesn't look like they want to be there. I purchased gift cards and the front staff doesnt looked like they were happy to process the multiple gift cards from the nonverbal cues that I picked up. I've been a customer for over five years and I can tell you that the front desk that I encountered during this visit needs some customer service training. They were not friendly

- Rating 2.5My last massage was not great. She started 10 minutes late, I had to get someone to check on where she was, she barely even used the rapid tension relief gun and it was not good, and she still ended on time. It wasn’t good.
- Rating 2.5My visit started at 10:06 but I was there 15 minutes early. She was done by 10:42 so that’s not really a full 60 minutes is it. For as much money as I am paying I really expected the full 60 minutes.
