- Rating 1.0This location is not professional. Had 60 minute masage scheduled for 3 pm. Lady took me back to the room at 2:55, she left the room at 3:36 for me to get dressed. Mentioned it to front staff, she talked to the lady and her times she put down were completely off and fudged. Asked for a manager, none available that day but said they would reach out on Monday to me. Monday came and went, I called them on Tuesday asked for manager and manager avoided talking to me and told the lady they will call me either later that day or the next. Never happened. it is now Saturday 6 days. I would like to speak to the owner since the manager does not care that customers are getting ripped off.
- Rating 1.0I canceled my appointment then rescheduled online, they told the next shift I canceled my 5pm. The next shift canceled my rescheduled appt at 8pm. I drove 45 min home got ready for massage, drove 45 min to the location for them to tell me they canceled without calling or notifying me because they were “confused”. Not how you run a business I should’ve been called or otherwise notified instead of wasting my money and time.

- Rating 2.0Massages Envy’s chain isn’t what it used to be. The ambiance in the waiting roo And massage rooms are subpar &’it’s been difficult to find good masseuse. A few visits have been a waste of money.
