- Rating 2.5Have not been to Keller location in a while it looks horrible and not well maintained. The walls need maintenance, the room looked super dirty with towel piled up on the floor and ripped furniture in the room… dirty and horrible

- Rating 2.0I had scheduled 2 services for 01/31/25 at about 8AM. By 9:18AM I realized that my aches weren't aches but that I was ill. I called the location and requested a cancellation. I was told that because I had cancelled __ number of times previously I would be charged a no-show fee. The times that I'd previously cancelled were NOT on any of the days of service and as ill as I was yesterday I cannot imagine that staff would have appreciated having a sick client in your location
