- Rating 3.5The team at the Massage Envy has definitely improved. The new people at the front desk are very professional, friendly and helpful. This was not always the case in the past. I am also thrilled that I finally found a great massage therapist with Mindy. She is outstanding and I am actually scheduling and coming in regularly because of her and Hazel (esthetician I have been having facials with). If I was rating on these things alone - it would be highly likely. Unfortunately, some of your policies are not very customer friendly. I have a LOT of prepaid visits built up. Partly because of my schedule and partly because for a while I was not having the best experiences with therapists, so I found myself not going. I don't understand why, if I have paid for the visit, I cannot give away more than one per month and can only give one every six months to someone I would like to gift. They are paid for - I am not sure why you care who uses it.....

The person who checked me in said she would give me a free massage, I was supposed to have a hot stone massage so that was what I was expecting. When I had my free massage I was charged the extra for a hot stone. To say the least I was shocked.as this was not explained to me.
