  I wasn’t given my full time that was paid for. 60 minutes turned into 45. I was told that my therapist would meet me outside of the room after my massage and to give me a consult which was never done

  Everyone is very friendly, great at their jobs. I was offered a complimentary mini facial after my stretch and massage, great experience. I’ve been going to massage envy for years and I love it.

  The front desk people are always so pleasant and caring. They are so sensitive to schedules and needs. The therapist is always so friendly, so you don’t feel awkward, but then she just seems to know when to stop visiting and just let you relax. I actually fall asleep sometimes.

  I've used ME at two different locations, in two different states. I have always been so pleased with ME - I am confident that I will get a good therapist, that the facility will be clean, that I will be safe. The people at the front desk always great me, and I feel that I am a valued customer. My experience at both locations in Texas and Louisiana has always been excellent. At my current location in Keller, TX, I simply love Jessica - my therapist for the last 16 - 18ths. She is attentive to the specific needs of my 71 year old body, and remembers my preferences from one appointment to the next.

  Leah is always great and helps me tremendously with my aches and pains in my back. I have been going to her since I loved to the area for 2 1/2 years. I never go to anyone else and always make sure I schedule in advance to make sure I get an appointment with her. She is an amazing person with a great personality which is why I chose this location.

  The young lady that helped us was very helpful but your program for missed appointments lacks a lot of improvement due to the fact it is not consistent leading your customers to believe that they won’t be charged the $75 fee if appointment is missed because I was not charged for this

  As always, I had a great massage with Jessica Pulido. I just love her - she remembers my specific needs from appt to appt. She has been my regular therapist since I moved here 18 months and I’m so glad I found her.
