  It’s been years since I’ve been to a massage envy location and definitely will be my last. I told the receptionist that I wanted add ons but massage therapist said it wasn’t listed. The massage was okay, I’ve had better. I scheduled a deep tissue and the massage therapist I got could do any pressure. The massage was not consistent. One side of the body was different than the other. Not sure if therapist was nervous or new but when working on legs she only lifted the blanket to about my mid thighs and left it untucked. Usually therapist will tuck it around your leg and go a bit higher so they can work your thighs. When massage was over I asked the massage therapist if the add ons were done and she said that she didn’t see any add ons and mentioned that they must have forgotten to put them on there. Said she will be sure to tell the front not to charge and said that I can get dress and head for the checkout like I’ve been there before but I haven’t and had to find my way out. No water offered at the end no recommendations on when to return or type of massage I should get next. The amount of money you pay for this massage and services was definitely not worth it. I am a member at Hand and Stone and pay less and the service and massage therapist there are amazing!

  I love this location - the staff are friendly, my therapist - Jessica - is especially great. I've used her for two years now and by sticking with the same therapist, she knows my body's particular places, what type of pressure to apply, etc.

  The ladies at the counter were so friendly and helpful. I was offered a 30min facial & they worked w my acct. The massage was wonderful. She adjusted the pressure perfectly. Better than my medical massages.

  Therapists are great. But my issue is with the Timing . If i pay for a 90 minute massage, i want a 90 minute massage. I shouldn’t have to give up 10 minutes of time that I’m paying for, so they can set up, when they should already be ready for me. I will be looking elsewhere

  Jessica is my therapist and I love, Love, LOVE her. She is so sweet and over the last 20 months that I have used her exclusively, she knows my body and its special needs - back issues, neck, etc. She is terrific!
