- Rating 5.0My Massage therapist BOBBY. He is AMAZING! He’s always ready on time snd very thorough Never a disappointing moment he’s very experienced in what he does InHis work. Always nice polite and courteous. My BAD EXPERIENCE was with the Front Desk clerk JESSICA. She was short with me snd very Rude. She Told me my automatic draft had been declined with a bank number that did not belong to me I showed her my debit card on file in my bank account and had the same card I presented she did not want to hear it she was just RUDE

- Rating 5.0I love Massage Envy. The services offered are wonderful. However, as a member since 2006 this last experience was not one I would recommend. I left feeling very unsatisfied. I hate to be negative and normally just shrug off a massage that was not what I had in mind. However, this massage was just the lowest quality I have ever experienced at a massage envy. I actually asked the massage Therapist to stop again something I have never done. I as asked him to stop holding my head in a painful position he did not respond but rather grunted, and ended the session. I was baffled by the lack of technical expertise.
