  I personally feel like after telling them all of my trouble areas that really needed to be worked on, none of them were even touched. It was more like lotion was just getting rubbed on my body, I left the place with my muscles almost as tight as they were when I walked in. I’m not complaining about the massage itself, it was nice but after I was evaluated twice I still wasn’t given anything close to what I was asked for.

  The massage I received was terrible. It lasted 43 minutes. I understand that the massage is 50 minutes. So an hour massage already cut back 10 minutes per ME model, was cut even shorter. I felt cheated of time. In addition, the massage therapist pressure was light at best. I asked only for upper body and I received a few light trigger point strokes. I asked to make sure to get my neck, bc I asked for upper body. He told me that he spent 5 minutes longer on my right side so it might feel like I was cheated on my left side. I kept hoping he was feeling around the muscles to finally rub them, but much to my anticipation, he never did. His pressure was described as medium/firm. He is light, at best. I left feeling nothing from the massage. Very very disappointing. I explained that I was not happy with the massage for the above reasons and it just seemed like I was talking and no one was really listening. I scheduled again with another therapist in hopes that I would actually get my 50 minutes and that the pressure would actually match what the therapist says they do. And listen to what the client wants.

  Lauren at the front was wonderful as always and Alyssa was phenomenal. I felt better immediately and am still feeling good the day after

  I appreciate the company but up until now, appointments were hard to come by. But as they have become better staffed, that has changed.

  Carrie is one of the best Massage Therapists I have even had. She gets in there and does the deep work on my body that I need. Thanks f or the Hard work and Dedication.
