- Rating 1.0I have been a member of Massage Envy for many years. We live in Marble Falls, Texas, so when the Bee Cave location closed, it was not convenient to go to the Westlake location, and I decided to drop my membership. I canceled the membership through the Park City location and was told that I could use my one remaining credit sometime in the next two or three months. I was not told that there was a 75 day time limit. So I scheduled a massage for yesterday, and the massage that I received from Lindsay was excellent. I really enjoyed it. But after I left, I got a phone call from the Austin office stating that I owed for the massage. Very irritating.

- Rating 2.0I don’t like how Massage Envy advertises an hour Massage win over half the time it’s less than 50 min I think it’s false advertising I also realize this is what a lot of other people do, but it doesn’t make it A value that I believe is worth it I’m constantly watching the clock as I have been with massage therapist at MASSAGE ending when it was less than 50 min It’s not very relaxing when it happens as you spend the next time wondering are you gonna get the same experience? I think you have very professional people running the front desk and that is wonderful. They do a great job. Meagan is always been very good at listening.

- Rating 4.5I received a great deep tissue massage and he worked on all the areas I requested. It felt great because I had several knots that needed working on. I felt much more relaxed after the massage.
- Rating 1.0Terrible Terrible Went for a HydraFacial and was left a voicemail saying they do not have the 'ingredients' to the machine. Then was charged the total. Called and no pickup for hour so decided to use alternate phone to get ahold of someone. Will be disputing the charge since I have all the legal documentation of voicemail and phone call log attempts. Mackenzie is their front desk and told me no manager works there currently and I should have chose another option. Highly recommend another place. 12 year member no longer
