- Rating 1.5Massages are nice but customer service at the front desk is BAD. Attitude is often poor for scheduling, answering any questions, or problem solving (eg, Massage Envy cancels my appointment and doesn't let me know - twice!)

The pride of the location feels the same as Kyle, and I left Kyle to come to circle c for its cleaniness and quality. Honestly bummed because I love love my massage therapist.
- Rating 1.5The bathroom is disgusting. The toilet seat needs to be replaced. It’s filthy and stained. The soap dispenser didn’t work and there were two.
- Rating 1.0My massage therapist is great, which is the reason I've stayed with Massage Envy for years, but customer service is poor and I usually cannot get my issues resolved.
