She talked the entire time and was extremely strange and made odd commentary about my body, my energy, and what seemed like in appropriate thoughts about her colleagues work to men. I was extremely uncomfortable and could not relax and this was truly the opposite of what I hoped my experience would be.
- Rating 3.5The massage was cut short by the massage therapist. We had done 21 minutes on my back and I had wanted all the time on my upper body. She went for my legs and I said that I wanted my back and shoulders done for the full time. She said oh ok. So you just wanted a thirty minute session and left the room. It was odd. I will not be seeing this massage therapists again. Ever.
- Rating 1.0The required monthly subscription is not convenient especially because it is very difficult to schedule a massage during the week. You have to book several weeks in advance which is extremely disappointing and inconvenient.

- Rating 1.0The massage was not good. I booked a full body massage but the masseuse did not massage my back, feet, shoulders, or head. He also cut the massage short. My massage was supposed to be from 10-11am but when he told me he was done I checked my phone and it was 10:55am and we only got started at 10:10am so I really only got a 45 min massage. The masseuse was also flatulent during our session.
- Rating 4.0I pay monthly for an account with Massage ENVY which is usually 60 something dollars a month and now it’s gone to $70 a month for my husband and I each. I can’t afford that anymore, so I’m debating whether I should close the account. And that would be the only reason to close. The account is financial reasons.
