- Rating 3.5As long as I have been a member there is a lot of administrative and therapist turnover. You get someone good and knows you and then they are gone and you have to start over. This is very disappointing.
- Rating 3.0The staff and masseuse were friendly and accommodating. I didn’t particularly enjoy my massage. It was my first prenatal massage and wasn’t sure what to expect. I informed the masseuse I prefer deep tissue but understood that couldn’t be accommodated. I had asked her to massage harder as it was too gentle for me. She said she couldn’t do that. I wish I would had been informed prior to massage that it would very gentle and a deeper massage would not be an option.
