ALL of the therapists and counter personnel are very nice and friendly. This was my FIRST time for Stretch Service. I was good, but WAY TOO SHORT - 30 minutes isn't enough time to get my legs loosened up. Your following questions on this survey don't allow for a correct answer or multiple answers per question. Like I said, it was my VERY FIRST TIME having Stretch Service. AND it eleviated ALL 5 of the choices (Your system forces me to pick just ONE). SO, I'm just gonna pick the FIRST response for each of these questions, making this survey INNACURATE ! IN ADDITION TO massage and this Stretch Service, I ALSO do percussion therapy, yoga, meditation, working out, chiropractic adjustments, hydro therapy, and accupuncture with electrical stimulation, and TENS therapy, CRYOTHERAPY, Qigong exercises and Breathing exercises. I have even done a series of Rolfing sessions. I also take lots of suppliments & vitamins to help with the pain.
