- Rating 2.5I've had hundreds of massages. Perhaps training of massage therapists has changed in recent years, as I have not had too many massages since Covid. Perhaps the challenges of my body are more significant, than in the past. But of the 3 massages I have had, with 3 different therapists at your business - none seemed to initially be 'in tune' with my body. Each plowed on ahead with firm pressure (at my request), but without taking into account what was 'showing up' in my body. Historically, therapists would 'warm up' the muscles and then, move into firm pressure. In their defense, each therapist, after a while, started responding more to what was showing up. But the delay in doing so, perhaps reflects a different methodology or strategy, in how to provide therapy.

- Rating 2.5The last time I went to the Lakeline location for a regular facial the lady sold me on some peel product. I had never had one before. What she did not tell me is that it would cost me 2 credits to do this service. Had I known this was the case I would not have opted for that facial service. I told the manager about it and they did not seem to care or want to try to make the situation right. I felt very misled and cheated out of one of my credits. Then my most recent visit, the massage therapist was running late from her previous client, then instead of honoring my massage time, she cut my massage time short so that I guess she could get back on schedule. My appointment did not even start until 15 minutes after it was supposed to. My appointment time was supposed to be from 11:30-12:30. However, because Cindy was running late, she only gave me from 11:45-12:32. And on top of it she kept stopping and doing stuff on her phone and other things. A couple of other times in the past I waited several minutes only to have the therapist not show up. I will not be visiting this location anymore.
