  I wouldn't consider this a peaceful/relaxing environment. The front desk women made me feel very uncomfortable before the massage. She was asking very personal health questions in front of the entire waiting room. I would have preferred to do my paperwork on my own in private. She also would make me feel uncomfortable when I said I did not want to sign up for the membership and kept asking my "why not". Also my massage therapist was unprofessional. I felt at times he was even flirting with me, and I felt stuck, and I should have just ended the massage the moment I felt uncomfortable. It was not a relaxing experience, especially since it was a gift for my birthday.

  Sometimes I have a hard time getting scheduled just because I work full-time. Other than that, I'm happy with my membership.

  My last massage was great but it has been inconsistent with turnover since the last owner sold the francise to the new owner. I think the new manager is good yet she recently came into a culture that was/ still coming out (I hope) unhealthy. The best therapists are gone. The two new massage therapists were not focused, did not listen to my requests, and the maggases were mediocre at best. My massage yesterday was great! Ironically, it is one of the two original massage therapists. Trey knew precisely how to hit the areas that needed attention and listened intently as he also gave me feedback into what he was doing and how the muscels and anatomy worked and why the areas needed attention. I asked for this info yet he also was sensitive to quiet. Trey is fantastic!

  Very expensive, one of the gals in the office was very rude to another employee so much that it was awkward to sit in the front. My 90 min massage started late and ended early. The initial clerk was great.

  It had been difficult for me to find a therapist I connect with but I finally did! I will definitely be coming back and booking with Alex. I walked out of there feeling light as a feather! Also, the front desk person was super helpful and so friendly. The facility was very clean and I loved the heater on the massage table. Overall it was a great experience!

  Front desk staff are exceptionally courteous. Alison is super helpful with skincare. And the massages (sorry, forgot his name) are perfect for relieving stress. Parking is always nice!!

  Its a good value for the sevice and if you work eith z well staffed location getting an apt is simple. I can even use my membership when I visit family in California which is great since I go often, and flying is terrible on yhe back and stress level
