- Rating 1.0From the moment I walked in to the East Rutherford location I felt as if I was a bother. The person at the desk walked in after me, my appt was for 9am. She was on her cell phone on speaker talking about her personal life. Dating, having a daughter, moving in with her mother, etc. Didn't care that I could hear her. The provider was nice however, that was the worst massage I have ever received. It was as if she was only massaging me with one hand. She really only worked on my right side. It was not a symmetrical massage at all. When I asked to use the restroom before we started, she said you better walk fast because the bathroom was down a really long hall. If the person at the desk took a minute and asked if i needed to use the restroom maybe I could have walked slower. There was NO WAY that appt was for 50 minutes, either. Regardless of how fast I walked down the hall. I should have left at this point. I clearly wasted the gift card my husband bought me.
