- Rating 3.5Massage was just okay not anything special- my fault second time Using same masseuse. She doesn’t really massage some areas just rubs in lotion and kept taking breaks to wash hand. I was finished at 8:45 and started late my daily 10 mins in but why wouldn’t you just do the full hour. Advertise 60 mins but it’s always 45 which is bogus to me.

- Rating 2.5My Massage Envy closed so the same owners sent us to this (their other) location. I thought it would be the same excellence, but it was not. The front desk representatives did not acknowledge that this was my first visit, welcome me in any way, or ask me questions to see if I needed clarification on where to go etc. One representative barely made eye contact and didn't smile at all, while the representative who checked me out was just very factual...didn't ask me about my treatment etc. Just such a stark difference from the staff at their other location. I don't know if I'll be coming back here.
