- Rating 3.5I have been a member of massage envy for a while but I made a reservation for a couple massage the day after Valentine. When I get there they never put my boyfriend and I as a couple instead they put us as separate reservations. He came from out of town. Not only that they did not transferred my paid monthly massage to his reservation. We were offered a treatment which I took at no extra charge. But I got charged $ 10 extra which I have no idea what it is. I will be calling monday 2/17 to find out why. I think the people at the reservation should be more careful I made the reservation in person and I was very clear

- Rating 5.0The warm and welcoming front desk team and my Esthetician, Gaby, were all terrific. Gaby is awesome. I had a wonderful facial including an anti-aging eye treatment and an exfoliating hand treatment. She also gave me helpful advice about products that will improve my skin.
