- Rating 1.0I picked a medium message and it felt like she was barely touching me. I told her numerous times where my pain was and she never not even once was on the right spot. Also, she talked almost the entire time. So what was supposed to be a relaxing experience was not relaxing
- Rating 3.5Was my first massage. Explaining things would have been nice but I assume others like quiet. Therapist was very good at targeting my aches
- Rating 1.0Not one moment of my massage felt good - none of it was relaxing. It was unbelievably painful - despite her saying she was doing LIGHT pressure - it was obvious there was no learned skill. She used her knuckles to go down my ribs and it was all very, very fast and awkward and painful. There was no consistency. I’m depressed I spent $100 on that experience.

- Rating 3.0I received a gift card and boy am I thankful I did when I saw the pricing. The pricing is way too high for nothing more than what I get at other massage chains.

My facial was ok.. my provider didn’t massage my face well and I laid there for what felt like 5-10 mins with product just sitting on my face and it got up my nose. I would get a facial again because again my skin is great but I would like to see a different provider. Your front desk staff is amazing and knowledgeable!
