- Rating 0.0My wife and I booked a joint massage. A therapist called off. My wife's massage was cancelled. They refused to allow me to cancel or reschedule my appointment. Very poor management decision.
- Rating 5.0The stretch was unexpectedly relaxing. Some of the stretches I have not done in a long time.

- Rating 3.0The waiting area was not calm and relaxing. Being someone that gets massages often this area should be relaxing. Instead it felt like a doctors office waiting room where you can hear the front girls chatting away. Suggest music in this space. I also suggest sound machines or music in the massage room as wel. It's not very relaxing when you can hear everything from outside the room. The massage was great! Chad did a fantastic job! And I almost signed up for membership bit with the issues with the environment feeling calming and the issues the front desk kept experiencing, I decided to continue my messages else where. Thank you

- Rating 1.0The massage therapist did not listen to what I wanted, she did not communicate what she was going to do, she seemed inexperienced. I have been a massage therapist myself for years. I am use to good verbal feedback. Knowing the amount of pressure to start with and communicating that you understand what the client wants out of the session.
