- Rating 1.0The reason for my poor rating is that recently experienced a situation with Massage Envy Canton MI, that left me disappointed. Due to severe weather conditions in Michigan, I decided not to attend my scheduled appointment. I canceled the appointment six hours in advance, believing this was reasonable notice given the circumstances. However, I was surprised to find that half of my points were deducted as a penalty for canceling. What’s even more frustrating is how the matter was handled when I addressed it. I was met with disregard, despite being told I wasn’t the only person who canceled due to the weather. This lack of understanding and empathy felt unreasonable and only added to my dissatisfaction. While I understand that policies are in place for cancellations, there should be flexibility and consideration for uncontrollable situations like severe weather. I sincerely hope Massage Envy reconsiders its approach to handling cancellations in such situations and works to communicate its policies more effectively. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning whether I want to continue my membership.

I got a massage with Lisa & she made me feel very comfortable as it was my first time & she worked through some of the knots in my back. 100% going back. Not sure what’s with all the negative reviews nothing about my experience was negative. Was very happy & satisfied thank you Lisa & Emma!❤️
