    The welcoming atmosphere is great - from the moment you walk in! I have never had a bad experience or poor massage. The last treatment was AMAZING!! I cannot wait to see Carol at the Northville location again! She was so good that at the end of the massage, she shared I should stop sleeping with two pillows! What? I never even told her that I slept with two pillows. She could tell!! Great team at the Northville location!!

    I typically love coming there but this last experience was a little disappointing. I had Devon black guy (FYI im black so I can refer to him as the black guy)not sure if that was his name he was 15 mins late. My appointment was at 12p we didn't get started until 12:15.When I asked him would him being late interfere with my 60min message. He assured me it wouldn't but at 1p he was wrapping up so I received a 45 min messages. How disappointing! The lady at the front desk was very accommodating I must say. I just hope all that she promised is real.
