- Rating 4.0Ruby is a very good massage therapist. I didn’t like that I could hear the people talking so loudly from the adjacent room when I was trying to relax. Also the new covers on the tables are very slippery and not easy to get situated on.
- Rating 2.5It's a middle of the road experience. Nothing special, usually is good - occasionally great, and sometimes MEH.
- Rating 5.0I am always welcomed warmly by the staff. And Ben was wonderful - he remembered all my preferences and did an amazing job.
- Rating 2.5I would give Sidney a 10 and refer her to everyone, she is the best. I reported a spam call received (suspect data breach) and the manager never returned my call. The spam caller knew my name, appointment time, and therapist name and accused me of stealing . Said he was the manager and his name was Michael. I called the Northville location, manager was on another call, I told whomever answered what happened and she said a manager would call ne.
- Rating 4.5As usual nothing new the difference when you come in with injury or pain or you come in pain free to relax and enjoy. Surprisingly I was not sore or even in pain my injury already recovered I am stretching a lot at home which help me so much with the tension in my shoulders. My therapist she always draws my attention to the amount of water I should drink and the deep breathing I should do. I’ve been doing both beside lots of stretches she advised me to do. It is working perfect. When I work with a therapist who is able to communicate my health needs before the session makes it a success for both of us every time. Everything went smooth.
