  I had an appointment for a 30 minute stretch and a 1 hour massage. I decided to ask what was the actual massage time because often it wasn’t the full 30 minutes or full hour I was advised a 30 minute stretch is really 25 minutes with five minute consultation then an hour massage is really a 50 minute massage to give the person time to, get dressed. What I have experienced and I really love my massage therapist so I think this is just the way they train them for the hour massage. They usually take 5 to 7 minutes for the person to Undress and then another 7 to 10 minutes to get dressed again, so really the time for an hour massage is really 40 minutes, my next issue I want my son to get a massage and a stretch by the same therapist. I gave the receptionist my son’s name and cell number. I have enough credits so I can give him one of mine. I had to repeat myself multiple times his name and cell number. She say she couldn’t find his information I said am I better make the appointment or not so she snapped and said your son’s name is a common name and there are four people in the system with that same name I guess I’m thinking more common sense and logical if it’s only four people You can go through those four people and confirm whether not one of those four people is my son. She could’ve looked it up by the address so she says well we can just take care of that getting him registered or whatever at your appointment I said OK perfect then she says I need a credit card on file Because you don’t have one as a ma’am every time I come you all say the same thing that I don’t have a credit card on file but I have given you my credit card number multiple times I said you know what that’s OK. Cancel his appointment. We’ll go somewhere else. I will write a review and I proceeded to leave Out of the facility I get into my car as I’m backing up. I noticed the receptionist come charging towards my car, saying something very vocal in fear of my life unsure why she would come after me when I left the facility. I did not engage and I proceeded to pull off my window was rolled up, so I’m not clear on what was said or why she came after me.

  Ashley was very nice and very knowledgeable. She gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had and really knows her pressure points. Also, Alysa at the front desk was very friendly and helpful

  Chelsea is kind compass and flexible with treatment options. I have anxiety and she works with me to make a calm environment .. The place is very clean and peaceful!
