The number of available locations has significantly decreased over the years making, reducing the convenience of getting a massage. The two locations closest to me has closed within two years of each other. Number of quality female masseuses has also decreased. I have yet been able to find one who is able to provide a real deep tissue massage now. My 60 minute massage started on the hour, but I was already dressed and at the counter within 45 minutes, even after using the bathroom. Not sure if it was b/c I was the last client and she was trying to get home, but I felt the service ended prematurely. I asked for deep tissue, but all I felt throughout the entire massage was her putting lotion on me and lightly rubbing it in. I don't know if this is her typical style or if she was having an off day, but I gave up asking for deeper pressure and just let it go. Locations are still constantly booked b/c of the closures of other ME establishments, it's very difficult to find a booking - yet clients are faced with significant price increases where the quality of the service doesn't match the value received. I've been a client for over 10 years but this recent service combined with the inconvenience really left me feeling sour in the mouth.
