- Rating 1.0During COVID19 while you were closed and unable to provide service and I was unable to contact you you continued to charge my credit card and now I have a large backlog of massages to use. I was told theres nothing to be done and if Id like to use my massages I either need to continue to pay the membership or pay 20month to use the massages I already have paid for. It feels like extortion. Ive been a member for many years. I used to be a fan. Not anymore. If Im late for an appointment I lose out. If the therapist starts my appointment late I lose out. If the therapist stops my appointment early as they often do I lose out. The rules of ME are slanted too unfairly against the customer. A 1 hour massage is less than 1 hour most of the time.
