- Rating 5.0The front desk staff is attentive and alert. Waiting time before the service is reasonable. The esthetician provides excellent service and is attentive to detail.
- Rating 4.0It is just too difficult to a) get/schedule an appointment at convenient times/days for the service you want, and b) once you have the appointment, actually be able to attend it since 90% of the time it is cancelled!!! So very frustrating. I have even told my friends and family never to get me a gift certificate for MassageEnvy. It's too hard to use.
- Rating 5.0Usually we h ave a good experience with ME in Pinehurst, NC, Encinitas, CA and West Palm Beach, Fl as well as with you. Sunday was an exception to past experience. Josephina was OK. My husband did not like his massage with Shaunice. She could not make him comfortable and told him she had only one pillow. I have cancelled our 4 follow up appointments.

The pressure level was perfect - therapeutic, but not so much that it ventured into painful territory. She also is mission focused and got a ton done in an hour. I came out feeling much improved.
