    I have been a member of Massage Envy for MANY years now. For the first few years, I felt fine about it. In recent years, the extreme raise in monthly cost with decreased staffing and availability makes it impossible to even use my membership as I should. Additionally, if these prices are raised without also significantly increasing the wages of massage therapists, Massage Envy begins to feel like even more of a scam. I don’t feel that your customers OR your workers are respected within this company anymore and I think its unacceptable how often you increase your cost, even for veteran members, with little notice or return of quality.

    It seems all of the masseurs use the exact same techniques. Are they trained to just deliver the same exact massages? I like deep massages, and no matter who I select as the masseuse, it’s the same routine. No one actually massages muscles. They just rub your skin harder. It’s disappointing to not get an actual deep tissue massage.
