- Rating 1.0I had a gift of a massage and called to confirm the gift which was confirmed by the associate on the phone at the location which I made the massage appt at. After the massage they couldn’t locate the gift and made me pay for the service. I have not heard back from corporate and it has been a week.
- Rating 4.0Many of the massage therapists are great! I have had difficulty with ME keeping my scheduled appointments over the past few years at Arundel Mills and Columbia massage therapists leaving and my appointments being canceled for a variety of reasons.
- Rating 2.5Inconsiderate of customer’s time. We are expected to forgo our sessions when late to appointments. But if a service provider is running behind it SHOULD NOT eat into the time allocated for a session. This happened during my massage service which was rushed and cut short (40min session). Because the session before mine had run over. Maria was my masseuse. I received no apology and still gave a tip.

- Rating 5.0Adrianna is the best part of Massage Envy. she is the only reason I spend money there. She is the GOAT , i travel all over and no one does it better. She deserves a raise or bonus of some sort.
