The front desk associate and manager were not helpful but the manager was particularly rude and lacked any sort of customer service training. I had received credits to my account to be used for a service and after receiving the service, they could not find the credits. I spent 45 minutes after my service trying to get this figured out. The manager made me call the massage envy the credits where transferred from, instead of doing it herself. Instead of letting me leave or waiving the service charge from their mistake, we went round and round trying to find the credits. Ultimately, what worked in the end was the very first suggestion I had made - which is what they told me when I booked the service - that I had 2 accounts under the same phone number and the credits were applied to only one of those accounts. If the staff associate listened to me when I mentioned that multiple times in the beginning, this entire thing could have been avoided. I would not recommend this massage envy because of both of these customer-facing individuals who could have done much better.
