- Rating 3.0Therapist was late to the appointment. Also, in a previous appointment I had Mel as a therapist (not this time). She made me uncomfortable and pushed past my boundaries as far as pressure and areas I was ok with having worked on. I had to ask her to stop at least three times. She also bumped the table hard several times during my session.
- Rating 5.0great service facial treatment with armani was amazing. the room atmosphere with a warm blanket attached to the bed is wonderful experienced. A+😄

I accessed the app to book massages ok 4/5, searched 5 locations, and there were available massages from approximately 2 people at inconvenient times. It seems that I need to access bookings literally the first of the month to find appointments. This was not my experience pre-COVID or even last year.
