  I booked a 60minute massage with Lori and specified medium pressure. I arrived a few minutes late (entrance to the shopping center was blocked off) and had to enter around back. I say this because I know the 60mins includes 10 mins for undressing and consultation. I walk in and reception walks me through the consultation and specifically areas to avoid. I say my left hand and the massage therapist is standing right there listening. Massage starts by 4:10. Therapist is using pressure so light it tickles. I tolerate it but then speak up. She shoots back that’s as hard as she can do. Then why are you a massage therapist? I say ok. She continues to talk about her lack of abilities. Again I say ok. I found all of this odd because she had great pressure on my injured hand that i told Her TWICE to stop touching. It was literally bandaged. By 4:55 shes like your massage is over. Umm? We have another 5 mins. I get dressed and tell her Im going to the bathroom. Guess I took too long because they just charged my card on file and locked me in. I go to the front to check out because I have a gift card (the only reason I even went there). Im saying hello hello? Anyone here? No answer. I wait a little longer still no one. I shout to the back. No answer. I walk to the back again and say hello!? The manager and receptionist come out. Manager Christina rudely says WERE CLOSED! I say I know, I was waiting at the front to check out. She spins around and shouts back NO! We were up there waiting for you! I said I was in the bathroom and when I came out no one was here. Again she gets loud like whatever Im not arguing with you. Maam what? Im trying to check out. Its all of 5:05. I said cool who is the manager, is it you? She says yes, i said great who is your manager? She says theyre in TX. Great I want their number too because why are you being so rude. She ignores me. Then she asks for payment. I hand her the gc. She goes is this the same card on file? I say no its a gc. She snatches it. I pay the balance with my CC, i ask her name again and write it down and leave. Not only did myself and the person who purchased the gc for me waste their money, i left upset and unrelaxed with my back still full of knots (the area i specified). I use heavier pressure putting on lotion. ME do better!
