A more experienced therapist who is committed to customer satisfaction. My therapist did not provide the complete massage because she did not massage my left arm as she did the right. She also did not exfoliate the bottom of my feet which is the reason for requesting the service. This therapist focused on the top of my feet ONLY! I was not happy with the results of this additional service. The front desk did not provide me with a summary of what I was being charged, the amount of my gift card or a receipt summarizing all of the charges. I did not complain because other customers were around, but since you asked, I still have no idea of the amount I was charged for each service. Since I paid with a gift card, I was told I had a balance left of $10 so I paid and left. I would try a different therapist at the same location, and hope that the front desk provides a more detailed summary of charges next time. This is part of the reason why I am reluctant to renew my membership at this time. My trust with being able to locate a reliable therapist without such long wait times is also a challenge.
