  The massage therapist was good but the management of this facility is not. The owner is unresponsive to issues. The account manager does not return calls timely. I am terminating my membership because of the difficulties I have had with this facility. My massage was ruined because when I went to check out I was told that I couldn't use my $60 credit towards tip when the account manager had told me I could. The $60 credit was given to me because my account had been charged double for my membership and to pay for the membership of someone I didn't even know. I asked for a full refund of the duplicated charges but the account manager miscalculated the amount and processed the check for the wrong amount. When I asked for the residual $60 she said she would give it to me as a credit to be used for tips and other services. She didn't want to give me another check because she said it would be difficult for accounting to process. So, the difficulty was passed onto me. The guy at the front desk was brand new and was struggling but there was no management onsite to help with difficult issues. He had to keep calling the owner while the line of people waiting to check out grew and the phone was ringing. The owner suggested that if I didn't want to pay additional money out of pocket since she wouldn't let me use my $60 credit that I don't pay the tip which would be unfair to the therapist. So, I paid additional money because I wasn't going to penalize the therapist for poor management. So, I am still out of $60 and the owner suggests that I purchase more services. I just want a refund because the money shouldn't have been taken from me in the first place. I have called the accounts manager many times and have not gotten a response. I plan to report the issue to my credit card company. i don't want to give Massage Envy another dime of my money.

  This was my first experience at Massage Envy and I was very pleased. My massage therapist, Tyisha helped to make my experience very relaxing and therapeutic one. Not only was my body relaxed, but also my mind and spirit. I would co spider coming again.
