- Rating 5.0This is my 2nd massage in many years. The person who gave me my massage several months ago in Westminster was excellent. I walked in stiff and walked out being able to move freely. In Columbia, TarLana explained that i needed to relax and not try to help her. I didn't know that. She also suggested i massage my knees 30 min each, every day. I never thought of that. I already have an appointment to return.

- Rating 1.5When I came out of my appointment at 5pm on a Wednesday all of the lights were off the therapist was scared, no one around, and then the alarm went off with the two of us in there by ourselves. A very potential unsafe situation for both of us. Concerning that she didn't know everyone would be gone and she wasnt' sure what to do it just didn't look good on any level. Plus luckily I had cash on me to provide additonal tip because I put some on card and always wait to see if more is deserved and I wouldn't have been able to do so with no one at the desk.
- Rating 1.0Every month I’m left wondering whether I will be able to find an appointment at my home location or whether I will revive a good massage. I would not recommend anyone to be tied to a massage service for a year, knowing that massage quality is not consistent month-to-month.

- Rating 1.0I think the pricing is misleading and unscrupulous. I signed up for one 60 minute session per month. I booked a 90 minute massage, and planned to use my monthly session. I was charged more than 25.00 which is the difference between a 60 minute and a 90 minute. When the manager was called, she couldn't even explain the pricing.
- Rating 2.5I don’t like that ME keeps changing the terms of the contract without notifying us. And keeps raising extra fees
