- Rating 1.0The massage was good, but I do not like it that ME keeps changing the terms of the contract I signed up under, without notifying me. They say only 1 massage every 6 months to the same person. My husband should be able to transfer to me any amount he chooses.

- Rating 1.0I had been a member of Massage Envy for almost 15 years or more. I canceled my membership because I could never get an appointment at the Massage Envy locations near my home. I recently went in as a nonmember and paid $130 for the worst massage I ever received. I was kept waiting for long after my appointment started roughly 10 minutes. I had requested a deep tissue massage and did not get one I had requested midway through the Massage only to find out that it was not noted on my appointment. When I walked in the room , there were sheets and blankets laying on the floor. It was a mess and had to be remade while I was standing there!! I have never been so disappointed in my life and I would never recommend Massage Envy anyone. I was not offered any compensation for the lack of service for for the poor condition of the room. It was just horrendous.

- Rating 5.0This is my 2nd massage in many years. The person who gave me my massage several months ago in Westminster was excellent. I walked in stiff and walked out being able to move freely. In Columbia, TarLana explained that i needed to relax and not try to help her. I didn't know that. She also suggested i massage my knees 30 min each, every day. I never thought of that. I already have an appointment to return.
