- Rating 5.0I always love my monthly facial with April. She is very conscientious and knowledgeable, and I enjoy her facials so much.
- Rating 4.5I get great facial care at this location and am a repeat customer because of it.
- Rating 5.0Ryan was outstanding. There are few therapists that listen to your body and what it needs and Ryan does just that. Please please pay the therapists better, they deserve so much more than they get.
- Rating 3.0It's hit or miss with the masseuse/masseur. Some are good, some are just okay. I requested a deep tissue at the least a firm massage but I received medium pressure.
- Rating 2.5Lack of good masseuse and hard to get appointments
- Rating 2.5Appointments are difficult to get - especially late afternoon/evenings. The process to gift a session is cumbersome and shouldn't require an additional fee of $10. I also should be able to gift more than 1 session at a time. For example, I wanted to gift a session to each of my daughters for Christmas, but I apparently am not allowed to do so. It would have been nice for us to all be able to go at the same time as a special treat. I also wanted to be able to gift them a facial but that isn't allowed either apparently.
- Rating 5.0Matthew was beyond professional, personable and courteous. I came in with a terrible attitude. He greeted me with kindness and did not react at all. His stretch session helped a ton!! All around fantastic session!!
- Rating 1.5Poor therapist technique and she was late starting and finished early.
- Rating 4.0Very positive, Tarlana was very knowledgeable and experienced of the body.
- Rating 1.0The massage was good, but I do not like it that ME keeps changing the terms of the contract I signed up under, without notifying me. They say only 1 massage every 6 months to the same person. My husband should be able to transfer to me any amount he chooses.
