  I was not happy with my massage experience. I tried to provide feedback in real time but after a while I just stopped. He used a technique where he pressed down and flatted. He did not use fingers/thumbs to work tight spots and areas where I have muscle spasms. I demonstrated how I wanted it and asked a few times to do it that way but it really wasn't working. The scalp massage also was just applying pressure, not rubbing or scratching the scalp.

  Everyone was wonderful! David was very helpful with scheduling appointments for me and my friend at the same time. I’d never been to the Herndon location and he made me feel like I’d been going there for years. Charles listened very well to what I needed from a massage. My friend and I agreed that our facials may have been our favorite part. I learned new thing to help my sensitive skin. I avoided services like this for years thinking such places were too fancy for me. If only I’d known how welcoming it was. My friend lives in Maryland but when we left she said she’d like to return to that location.

  I absolutely loved the vibes and energy that massage envy has. My masseuse Brianna was wonderful. She got the knots out of my back that have been there for months and we had great conversation as well.

  Aleksandar provided another overall beneficial massage experience. He is an outstanding therapist. Alek focuses the appropriate attention to problem areas and adjusts pressure as desired to suit your comfort level. Highly recommend giving him a try. You won’t be disappointed. Additionally the front desk staff is easy to work with and deliver outstanding customer service as well!

  The therapist was exceptional by listening to your descriptions of issues and providing a tailored massage to address problem areas. Years of experience enabled the therapist to deliver both a therapeutic and relaxing massage session.

  Very friendly and helpful team! I'm getting to know several of the therapists and am enjoying the variety and their expertise! My recent massage with Sanae was wonderful! She has a unique and effective style and my shoulder issues were much improved. And I felt great afterwards!

  This experience was great but you’re asking about overall ME recommendations to friends/family which is another thing altogether. Policy changes about gifting massage/facial credits to others (I would give a one-hour facial and massage to friends every Mother’s Day, which I was just told I can no longer do (just one service every 6 months). It’s not the membership I agreed to when I first signed with ME, and I have nearly 20 credits accumulated after the pandemic that I wish I could share with others but I’m constrained now. Front desk staff at this location is typically not very good, and regional manager doesn’t care.

  Terrible experience, unfortunately. The therapist had absolutely no interest in what he's doing, a 90min session was cut short by 15 mins. When asked why, I was told 15 mins is for consultation! How ridiculous! I made sure to fill in everything online before arrival & although I was a bit late, was not only given any courtesy of any extra time (fine) but also was cut short early by 15 for reasons I cannot understand! First of all, consultation (unasked for) should not be counted against massage time & even if it was, where did the other 15 mins go?? My previous experience with ME was decent but this was downright bad & seems like a rip off. The only reason to give 2 stars is because it's a physical service that requires effort, no matter how bad. Very disappointed, ***** & did not expect this from ME. I'd go elsewhere next time.
