  Loved my therapist Agnes, she was great. I also had a facial and was misquoted the price of the upgraded special. When I called to explain this, the manager spoke over me, misquoted me and refused to adjust the price; It was a very heated conversation.; Too bad that the wonderful service by the therapist Agnes was ruined by the rude unprofessional manager who showed zero empathy. I had to make two phone calls to get anyone to even halfway listen

  I've generally had a good experience with ME. My current massage therapist is amazing. Definitely the reason I'm still going. Some feedback from my experiences: 1. There's zero communication about my membership. How many massages I have left, when it renews, how to cancel. Absolutely nothing. If I don't call or ask the person at the desk, I would never know. This is consistent across locations. 2. No consistency between massage therapists. You don't know what you're getting until you try it. Different techniques, approaches, etc which leads to a wide range of experiences. Each time I've signed up for a massage and I've experienced: - Pulling on my limbs - Picking up my head and pushing it towards my chest without any warning - A hot towel under my neck, which I loved, but only got with one therapist. - inconsistencies in how my problem area was addressed (hip/glutes). It's an awkward area, but I need someone that can handle it. I've had multiple hip surgeries and massages help me walk better. Again, I've found what works for me now and I've had generally good experiences.

  Great massage. Very relaxing. Excellent technique without any soreness. Smooth strokes without pressing too hard on specific areas.

  Massage therapist was highly proficient in addressing the different areas of pain in the upper extremity. For example, he recommended specific poses. I can practice after the session as well as encouraging, proper hydration and nutrition. Therapist also made recommendations to prevent future strain and inflammation.
