- Rating 3.0The massage therapist is good however, the room is too hot probably due to the nice/warm weather outside. The thermostat needs to be adjusted or fixed.
- Rating 4.5I love ME because the environment is familiar and comfortable regardless of what part of the U.S. I'm in that day. ME provides a sense of calm and stability no matter what city I'm in at the moment. The standard of service and quality is high, and it's consistent across locations.

When I called to explain this, the manager spoke over me, misquoted me and refused to adjust the price; It was a very heated conversation.; Too bad that the wonderful service by the therapist Agnes was ruined by the rude unprofessional manager who showed zero empathy. I had to make two phone calls to get anyone to even halfway listen
