- Rating 5.0I've been a member of Massage Envy for years. I joined at the Potomac Yards location. I believe in the health benefits of massage therapy.

- Rating 1.0I was very disappointed at the customer service treatment received at checkout. i was informed that my credit was sent to a "NO SHOW" because my massage was at 11am and my facial was at noon. I never received a confirmation text prior to my service and when I called 2X(twice) that day to inquire about my appointment time, I was placed on a recording and then when answered by a customer service desk person, immediately placed on hold for an extended period of time. I never once received a call to inquire if I was planning to show for my appointment. I also never received a call stating that due to my "NO SHOW", that my account would be charged for an $85 NO SHOW FEE. I found the whole lack of empathy very appauling and would have preferred that the matter was discussed more professionally, especially with my over 10+ years of membership.

- Rating 4.5Dynesha is a phenomenal massage therapist!! Absolutely one of your best. I always enjoy chatting with Asia out front, as all the ladies I have encountered are very courteous and professional.
