- Rating 4.0As a long-time member who has gone to several locations, I can say that the experience varies widely depending on the franchise owner. I am currently happy at Fox Chase and am VERY glad they renovated as the carpet needed replacing and it now looks great overall!
- Rating 3.5My therapist was excellent I noticed it has been some changes since I’ve been coming to Messenger envy on Duke Street you all are not sending reminders about the appointment since you all are under new management. I had two appointments that was canceled because the therapist didn’t come and no one contact me I called before went out there in they told me my appointment was canceled the second appointment. I went out there and I end up getting a facial. I didn’t get what I was scheduled for because they said the therapist didn’t show up.

- Rating 5.0The front desk at this location is top-notch. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The massage was also extremely relaxing and felt amazing. I love the warm massage bed, dim lighting and relaxing music. I had an incredible experience!
