- Rating 0.0My massage was not good. She started 5 min late and ended 10 minutes early. I paid for 60 minutes but it was only 45. I requested light to medium pressure and she used much too firm. It was extremely painful. I told her it was painful and she didn’t stop. She just told me to use ice at home which I have done every day because I have been IN PAIN ever since my massage. She also spent the entire massage trying to get me to sign up for the membership which is not relaxing and why would I get a membership when I was in physical pain from my massage?!.I had been looking forward to it for weeks and will find somewhere else next time. I am so disappointed.

- Rating 2.5No way out of contract. Hard to schedule appointments. Massage therapists cancel on short notice (hours before) but if I cancel within 24 hours I get charged. I want a refund.

- Rating 2.5My masseuse was nice, but the whole time she was complaining about her boss and coworkers. She also was going in way too hard, but I didn’t want to say anything to offend her and now it’s a day later and I have bruising and am feeling in a lot of pain. I felt like I couldn’t relax.
