- Rating 3.5I had a great massage, but it's so darn difficult to make an appointment! I'm thinking of canceling my membership because of that, but I like my therapist.
- Rating 2.5Gifted this massage to my sister in law and provided her with gift cards. The system was”down” so they couldn’t redeem them even though they said they could see the balance available. They required her to pay for the visit and said to call back next day for a refund. That process makes no sense whatsoever. They could have taken the cards and redeemed the value when the system was back up rather than making her pay and then take her xtra time out of her day to fight for a refund. It really sours the gift when the person has to pay out of their own funds due to lack of common sense. I won’t be gifting any massages with you again. She called to her her refund and has not heard anything back, please resolve this asap or I will be leaving poor reviews online.
- Rating 3.0The front end staff was a little short and not as open to the customer. The facial was great but the massage portion of the facial had no pressure. The same motions over and over left my are itchy. I would recommend more pressure and technique if the massage is in the routine.

- Rating 3.0Natalie and Rashel are amazing therapists. I would struggle with recommending anyone to massage envy due to it being so hard to get in for appts. And I feel like there is zero transparency with this company. I should be able to see my how many credits I have on the app and have the ability to go back and see when they were used.
