- Rating 1.0Check in was quick and easy. I was asked where I would like them to focus and I felt that was missed. Originally I scheduled a 60 minute massage but received a phone call requesting I upgrade to a 90 or reschedule, so I felt forced to upgrade to save my time. When entering the room I was asked again about areas that I would like focused as well as if I was okay with my face and scalp massaged. I didn’t receive a face or scalp, my main areas of concern felt missed. When paying they try and up sell you again. Sub par would not recommend.

- Rating 2.5Getting upcharged for $15 when I have 30 credits logged. Instead they take one half credit to cover this nonsense. This is worse than a timeshare.

- Rating 1.0One of the worst massages I’ve ever had…and it was my birthday. The guy had almost no flow, and used hi elbows the entire time. He only worked the width of his elbow, one time, on each part he worked. I’m a thick woman, so he barely covered any ground. I told him at the beginning I just want to relax and my feet hurt. He never worked my neck or shoulders and barely put lotion on my feet. The pressure was inconsistent the whole time.
- Rating 1.0One of the worst massages, I almost asked him to stop so I could leave early! It was painful and he rubbed in the same spot and only did the middle of my back for the whole hour. The front desk is makes me feel very uncomfortable, WAY TOO much pressure and push to upsell inflated upgrades, and worst is when leaving the aggressive sales pitch to sign up for a membership. My sister give me a massage or facial as a gift each birthday and I dread going but don’t want to hurt her feelings by turning down her gift. I would NEVER get a membership or recommend one as you can never get out of them if your credits build up - I enjoy spas with amenities and relaxing environments not massage envy.
