- Rating 5.0Angela is an exceptional massage therapist. She's professional, kind, intuitive, and talented with her massage techniques. She deserves all of the promotions possible available to employees. She is world-class. I'm blown away by how in touch and attentive she was during my session. Her attention to detail, focus, and healing energy is up there with the best of the best.
- Rating 1.0I love my therapist but the membership policies are less than ideal. I was recently very disappointed with the communication regarding my appointment being canceled.
- Rating 1.0It was too much like a doctors clinic. No dressing room or cozy setting. The workers were in the back laughing and discussing schedules and talking very very loudly while I was waiting and getting my massage. When I go to get a massage I want it to be in a quiet restful atmosphere. My 60 minute massage was more like 45 minutes. The guy who did the massage was really great. He was the only good part of massage envy. He shouldn’t waste his time with such an unprofessional company. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I get massages regularly.
- Rating 3.5I have had many great massage therapists here. However some of the therapists are less than good. Scheduling with the best therapists not always an option. The last therapist seems to scramble my energy with there unsure technique. The hey also mostly used light touch with finger tips. I want to feel both hands or arms working enthusiastically with a feel of experience and confidence. This was lacking recently.
- Rating 5.0The staff is always helpful and pleasant. The facility is clean which is so important to me. I typically see the same massage therapist but when she isn’t available I have not had a bad massage with any of the other therapists.
