- Rating 5.0I inadvertently dropped my cash tip in the waiting area, the front desk associate heard I was missing $50, and had set the money aside in the desk marked in a envelope as customer money left behind. Such honesty is refreshing and appreciated!
- Rating 3.5I was scheduled for a 90 minute massage. I know a 60 minute is really only about 50 minutes of actual massage. How many minutes can you expect with a 90 minute. My therapist came in after 15 minutes of my appointment time and finished 70 minutes later. I think it should be a bit longer than that. Maybe 10 minutes or so.
