- Rating 4.5I paid for 1 hour 11 to 12 went back at 1110 and the therapist kept looking at the clock was out and dressed in the lobby at 1155 did not get the areas I requested worked my neck and calves

It's very difficult to find consistent proviers at Massage Envy that don't want to spend the massage as a social hour and not just focusing on the massage and relaxation. This has beena recurring issue for me with many providers. Tammy was amazing and I can't wait to see her again, however, I wish it wasn't so hard to find good providers.
