- Rating 4.0I scheduled this spa day for me and my sister while she was visiting me from out of town. My provider was very good but my sisters was not. So it kind of ruined the rest of the day. I called the location to let the manager know what happen, but she didn't seem to concerned.

- Rating 3.5The manager I have dealt with at my location is clueless when it comes to customer service and is pretty rude. I don't like/agree with some of the new rules regarding sharing credits between family members and limiting how often we can transfer massages. Charging $10 per massage to do this is RIDICULOUS and then to only allow this every 6 months, just absurd. My husband pays for both our memberships and we should be able to use them however and whenever we want between the two of us!!!
