- Rating 3.5My only problem with the experience at Massage Envy, and I have been a customer for 10+ years, is that I will go through several massage therapists to find one that I like and work well with. Each person's body is different, so I believe it takes 2 - 3 sessions before that massage therapists really gets to know my body and what my needs are. When I find a great therapist who works well with my body, then I am thrilled and I go for massages regularly. However, what always ends up happening is about 6 months later that person will disappear.... This is extremely frustrating as a customer, and it's the reason that I will be cancelling my membership after I use up all of my credits. It's also the reason I would be hesitant to recommend Massage Envy to friends and family. Everything else is great, I just wish you could fix your turnover problem.
