- Rating 3.0There are fewer great therapists and the app interface is frustrating. I can't tell how many hours I have left on the app -- it should be there. The Tippy app at the end is maddening. When I joined in 2010, there were only members and only member pricing. The pricing has gone up. For non-members, the price is significantly higher. The Tippy app feels deceitful, like I'm being scammed because the front desk people like to helpfully put the non-member price in for service and have me tip on that as opposed to my already escalating member price.
