- Rating 3.5No response from staff after email from Massage Envy stating someone would call me reschedule appointments after office was closed due to cold weather. My husband had to complain to them that they had not called me & Linda who was doing our facial had to come up & remind them before they ever called me almost a week later.
- Rating 5.0This was my first time visiting ME and it was very positive from beginning to end. Front desk staff was helpful and my massage was wonderful. My massage therapist Lydia was great! She was very responsive and skillful. I was impressed enough that I felt comfortable signing up for a membership. I look forward to another visit.
