- Rating 0.0My family paid for a 90 minute massage as a birthday gift. My appointment was at 11:00 and I had all the paperwork done prior to that. I was not taking back until 11:08 and the massage part didn't actually start until 11:14. It ended at 12:24. That meant that of the 90 minutes, 20 minutes (about 22% of the time) was actually not a massage. To me that's excessive, not reasonable and certainly lacks any value.
