- Rating 1.5There were 3 girls sitting at the counter, one of them was coloring in a coloring book. Very unprofessional I made an appointment for a hour facial. She started at 1:05 and was done and walked out at 1:44. No one told me I had to pay 15.00 extra?

- Rating 1.0I had a terrible experience at the Frisco location of Massage Envy, specifically with Irina, on February 28, 2025. Today at 12:32 PM, I received a call from the location asking if I wanted to book an appointment. I agreed to a 4:00 PM massage session, which I regularly book and is clearly noted in my account. However, when I arrived, they had mistakenly scheduled me for a facial session instead of a massage. As I was getting ready, I asked for the breast pillow that is always provided to make my massage more comfortable. Irina brought me a regular pillow, which made no sense. That’s when she realized I was actually expecting a massage, not a facial. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she rudely blamed me, saying that I booked the session wrong and that I had to pay for it anyway because I was “messing with her time.” I have been a regular customer, and I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully at a place that is supposed to be relaxing and welcoming. The way Irina handled this mistake was completely unacceptable. If you’re looking for a peaceful and professional experience, avoid booking with her.
