- Rating 1.0Very Inconsistent. I no longer seeing the value of this membership if I'm being honest. I absolutely hate leaving from a "deep massage " only to go somewhere else that can actually ease my shoulder pain. I've hade to do this multiple times.

- Rating 2.5Massage was GREAT! I was super relaxed then during checkout I was bombarded with the lady throwing numbers at me trying to get me to buy a membership. I had just gotten an amazing massage, the last thing I wanted was to end my experience with someone talking super fast and asking me tons of pressuring questions. When I booked, it was 100 but when I checked out it was 120. Not happy at all about that!!! I find that extremely deceptive. I would go back and see Randi but wouldn’t step foot in that location.

- Rating 4.0Overall great! There is no longer a water dispenser anywhere in the front-- not in the check-in area, not in the "Tranquility Room." It's 90 degrees in Frisco right now-- we need water! My massage therapist, Dominic, is wonderful. I use the massage time to think, process what's going on in my life, and meditate. Dominic is engaging and welcoming, but he doesn't try to make conversation during the massage itself, which I really appreciate. And of course he does an excellent job with the massage! I always come out feeling better.
