- Rating 1.0This survey is related to a cancellation fee due. In the past it has been 3 hours prior to massage, now apparently it’s 24 hours. If you wake up sick(contagious) you can’t cancel and are held to this stringent new policy. We have been members for years and now will move forward with cancelling our membership.
