- Rating 2.0Sometimes it’s very unprofessional. You guys need to understand that when someone is coming for a 60 minute massage and no one has come to get you from the waiting room 5 minutes after the massage is suppose to start it’s very annoying. I had to ask the desk girl if someone was coming… she wandered around looking for the girl…. Finally found her. Then the bed was not warm nor was the oil. Miserable experience.
