- Rating 1.0I recently visited your spa for my first ever 90-minute massage and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. I specifically selected a therapist listed under the “medium” pressure category because I was seeking relief for back discomfort. However, the therapist I was assigned was unable to provide the appropriate pressure level and delivered a very light massage that did not meet my expectations or needs. While the therapist was kind and professional, it was clear that she should not have been listed under the “medium” pressure category, as she was unable to apply the level of pressure I requested, even after I politely asked for more intensity during the session. Despite this, I still tipped 20% in recognition of her effort & service provided, but I feel disappointed that I paid $153 for a service that did not deliver the promised relief.
