  They are working on expired credits I had transfer from another Massage Envy. I transfer about about 27 credits and I was told the last I went to Beavercreek they expired because of the military discounts prices. This has been a big mistake I made signing up on a credit card I did not use that much. The Georgia Massage was honorable to work wit because I had medical issues and surgery in the last couple years and at last when I was trying to work with they would not return calls or work with me but to do $20 a month. I am a disable veteran with possibly 27 credits I might lose. Beavercreek is trying to work on the issues with me but having a hard time with the Georgia store. I really do not need this stress with my chronic pain issues. I am waiting to hear from Beavercreek before getting legal help with this issue I had no control with.

  I’m very dissatisfied with my Microderm infusion. My face is as dry as ever. It did not help with blackheads or make my skin glow. My face looks and feels the same. I think this specific facial treatment was a scam. Maybe I’ll try a chemical peel next time.I would not recommend. I do love massage envy massages though. Very sad with the cost. The lady that worked with me was very nice and knowledgeable! So that’s a plus.

  I always have a good experience at massage envy. Great customer service and the therapists have always listened to my requests and follow through with great care.

  The spa location in Beavercreek is ok as far as the staff, my least favorite thing are some of the guidelines for the membership program. The program is designed to benefit the company, not the customer. For example, if you need to revise a payment method, you cannot use existing credits that you’ve already paid for. That makes no sense and does not benefit the client, only the company. As far as the location, I’ve been in nicer spas but this one is ok. There seems to always be an issue with the toilet properly flushing, which seems like a simple enough problem for a company to fix.

  It's a bit pricey but the services are sufficient. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable in their field of expertise.
