    The spa location in Beavercreek is ok as far as the staff, my least favorite thing are some of the guidelines for the membership program. The program is designed to benefit the company, not the customer. For example, if you need to revise a payment method, you cannot use existing credits that you’ve already paid for. That makes no sense and does not benefit the client, only the company. As far as the location, I’ve been in nicer spas but this one is ok. There seems to always be an issue with the toilet properly flushing, which seems like a simple enough problem for a company to fix.
