- Rating 1.5My daughter and I purchases memberships. We often have trouble finding open appointments. Other times, we get messages that our appointments are canceled due to a shortage of staff. This time, I booked a massage and a facial. After the massage, I asked about the facial appointment and was told that it wasn’t reserved. I booked both online, and the lady said oftentimes online appointments don’t go through.
- Rating 1.0Not enthusiastic I would like to gift some of my credits to friends for Christmas. Have been able to in previous years. Was told one each month. I gifted one last month but was now told I would have to wait until after Christmas to gift another!!! Not good customer service
- Rating 5.0Amy Wellington is the GOAT. She is so good. I’ve been going to her for over 14 years. She helps me so much with massaging away my pain and helping me relax. She gives me physical and mental relief. Please give that girl a raise!
