- Rating 3.5I wish there were more appointment times (can’t get in for a month or two to use your monthly membership) and therapists that work later into the evening. I wish the front desk would let you know when a therapist is running behind (more than 5 minutes) - that way I can look at products and book my next appointments rather than just sitting in the tranquil room waiting
- Rating 3.0My massage. Therapist never asked if the pressure was good. She talked the entire time. And I don’t recall that she massaged my head. And I asked for medium pressure and it definitely was light pressure. She was a nice lady and apparently is your head masseuse. However, when I go to get a massage, I would prefer to not have the therapist talk to me the entire 90 minutes so that I can relax.

- Rating 4.0The treatment sessions are shown as 60 minutes, but my technician was finished and left with 10 minutes left in the hour long session. I understand there is a 5 minute consideration for undressing and redressing, but a full 10 minutes at the end is excessive. She was great at what she does, but I would appreciate the full time for what I paid for.

- Rating 1.0It has been impossible for me to use all of my massages (over 30 now) because I can never get in. I have to go to Sparks (which is 17 miles from my house -one way) or to this one in Reno. I signed up at the S. Virginia location over 10 years ago and I can NEVER get in to a massage therapist there. This is a RACKET.
- Rating 5.0I liked Sam and his techniques for neck pain. Beautiful employee PATRICIA at the front desk was so sweet and friendly..a nice person to greet me in the morning...smiley and kind and pleasant and open. Shoulder release techniques were powerful. Sam was polite and used great techniques. please give them a raise..... lol. they are very good at what they do....
