- Rating 5.0I love it here. I am a member for decades and have gone in weekly for a long time. The front desk staff is always amazing, and the providers are phenomenal. There is one person who works there who is very unfriendly and always has something nasty to say to me. It smelled like "burnt toast" the other day when I went in there and I commented on that, and this individual said,"that is rude," and I stated"It is not rude. It just smells like burnt toast by the bathroom." There was no need for that nastiness! She made me feel very uncomfortable. I was not being rude.

He didn’t do his part and shared the situation a second time the day of with the person that called to see if I was coming…so I don’t have a good experience to share!
