  My massage was set to be 1hr 30 minutes I did not receive a 10 minute consultation at the start. The only way I can think to describe my actual massage would be bumpy. I regularly get massage and this was by far the my least favorite. The masseuse movements were not relaxing and I requested medium to hard pressure and received soft. I continued to ask for more pressure which barely made a difference. Once the hour and 20 minutes were up the masseuses practically ran from the room saying time was up.

  I had a most excellent massage from Luna this weekend but i've had problems scheduling future massages. Luna has zero openings on weekends through March. I understand that people book them and then cancel. there should be a limit on how many massages you can book in advance so that there are openings for other people

  I have visted previously and not had the experience I had last weekend. When I arrived there was 2 ladies at the counter. I was called up and very quickly and curtly checked in not the best service but i figured it was a busy saturday they have things to do. Once in the waiting area she rushed through the initial paperwork which was ok as I have done it before and don't have major skin concerns. My service provider Olivia was quick to get me into the room and to get me started. About 5 to 10 mins in the service the steamer that was not being used yet spit out a large amount of very hot water onto my side- enough to get through the blanket. Witnessing this she did not ask if I was ok or offer to change the blankets just kinda went off on a tangent about the equipment and moved around to clean up the floor. Then asked if I was ok. The rest of the service was rushed and really not up to par. She chatted AT me the entire time using profanity and sounding like it was all gossip about the workplace. I added on a treatment that she also complained about the companies policy on not tying the 4 square pads to the shock dioded. Even this was quick and not complete. My service was done in 45 minutes including undress and redress. When i walked back up front to check out. There were 3 ladies all un occupied to which they all looked at each other to decide who was going to address me. The lady I had was also not showing the best customer service. Showing a menu in my hand about subscriptions and then going well what do you want to tip. I checked out and left. Feeling mostly unsatisfied over all for a service ment to help relax it was not that.

  I dont like how it is so hard to cancel subscription. I unexpectedly am out of work. I have a lot of massages built up so I won't be able to cancel until I use them all. I dont know. I went to website and it wanted me to print the form to get a doctors note to cancel. I can print it, but why do I need a dr note? I want to cancel because I am out of a job right now.

  I’ve had many massages, and this was the first one I had with Massage Envy. It was a great experience and the price point was reasonable

  The turn over rate in employees seems high. The past 2 therapists I had on a regular basis quit, then leaves me with the trouble of rescheduling.

  Facility very clean. Staff very friendly and professional. Therapists are very good and meets the needs of the clients.
