- Rating 5.0Since the new management took over and the gentleman who used to run, the facilities has left, I would have no problem recommending massage envy. The new manager has created great processes, such as text letting us know when there are last-minute openings, available or cancellations, The front staff has always had at least one person at the desk, the manager door is always open. And the professional staff are top-notch. I think bringing back this female manager, I do not know her name after the disaster that was the gentleman there prior to her, Has elevated Massage Envy back to a service that I am happy to pay for monthly.
