- Rating 1.0Masseur was not thorough at all. He seemed obsessed with keeping me covered up. Therefore, he missed the lower abdomen, lower back, and hips. He also didn't touch the pec area at all.

- Rating 4.0I have been a member of ME for a long long time and I have never received a bad experience until yesterday 7/26/23. He was the worse masseuse I have ever had. I don't mean to be mean but he was terrible. He didn't even use massage oil, he didn't cover the areas I requested, he rubbed my knees and elbows which I thought was kind of odd since no one has done that before and I felt as he didn't know what to do. I felt like I didn't get my moneys worth at all. unfortunately I felt obligated to tip him which i shouldn't have it was the worse experience I have ever had. he didn't even give me a full hour it was more like 40 minutes, which was a blessing I guess since I was creeped out by this experience.

- Rating 1.0It was the worst massage I have ever received! I have chronic back pain and was trying to find a new place to go. The receptionist was very pleasant and stated there had been multiple complaints about this new therapist. Was told there were be follow up from site manager, never heard another thing. Very bad business and would never send anyone there, even to another therapist, as the manager has no follow through. The receptionist was awesome, very polite, sweet and kind, however she is the no my one.
- Rating 1.0Therapist was described to be medium to deep tissue. This was not the case. Very unhappy with the massage. It was the worst I ever had. The therapist also ignored what I asked him to do
- Rating 1.0My experience yesterday made me question the qualifications for working at ME. The therapist had 3 moves: pushing his arm down, light presses with his thumb and a zig zag two hand move. It was bizarre. He confirmed that I wanted firm to deep pressure but added no pressure. It felt like a like rub down which was uncomfortable and not relaxing. I said my low back was where I wanted to focus but he did a full body massage. I figured he forgot and was so uncomfortable that I just wanted the massage to be over so I did not correct him. After my session he apologized for not focusing more on my back and said I could book my next session with him to work on it more. The entire experience was bizarre. It was very disappointing.
